World Health Organization (WHO): an organization of the United Nations (UN) that was established in 1948 to promote health and control communicable diesases. The site has a wealth of information including how to protect yourself, myth busters, travel advice, data, and so much more.

Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC): CDC is one of the major components of the US Department of Health and Human Services. They work to protect America from health, safety, and security threats. This site has information on how to protect yourself, has a symptom self-checker, tells you what to do if you are sick, and has state and national data.

National Institute for Health Care Management Foundation (HIHM): is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to transforming health care through evidence and collaboration. Among other things, they have been offering webinars on COVID-19. All have been recorded and can be accessed through their website. There was a COVID-19 Ten-part mini-series, among others. Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis: For over 15 years the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis has been known for their support of the early childhood field, and has frequently spoken at Iowa Early Childhood Events. Although they officially serve Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin many of their resources are of benefit to Iowans.
